Does Estroven Really Work?

Estroven Promises a Lot, and Doesn't Deliver

Estroven Complete Multi Symptom Menopause Relief is sold as a safe, drug free, hormone free product that claims to be "clinically proven" to provide faster menopause relief during all stages of the menopause. They state specific symptoms it can treat and benefits it can offer.

This includes easing hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings, daily stress relief, more joint and muscular comfort and energy, and an ability to get restful sleep at night. Unfortunately, our study shows there is a big difference from what is clinically shown to what Estroven claim.

Estroven Complete Menopause Relief consists of only one active ingredient, rhapontic rhubarb extract, which is then supported by a variety of peripheral ingredients.

The problem is, when rhapontic rhubarb extract had its effect on menopause symptoms tested, it seemed to only target specific symptoms and, even then, its effect on them was mild and only lasted for a few weeks.

There is also a version with dose of Ashwagandha added in, but this isn't much better as Ashwaganda's lowest effective dose is 300mg, and Estroven only contains 125mg.

Given that Estroven Complete Menopause Relief also isn't a cheap item having something that's only going to work for a couple of weeks at best isn't great. And then there's the fact that unbranded rhubarb supplements are available at a fration of the cost.

We simply can't recommend using it, especially when there are plenty of other supplements on the market that do the same job much more successfully. We typically recommend EstroCare for most people as it's a far more comprehensive supplement, using the actual recommended dosages of all it's ingredients, including the effective ones in Estroven.

Customers Estroven Reviews

Estroven Complete Multi Symptom Menopause Relief reviews from customers generally suggest people saw positive results, and it holds around a 4 out of 5 stars rating on Amazon.

Positive customer reviews of Estroven mentioned experiencing a slight reduction in specific symptoms, most notably hot flashes and night sweats.

However, the negative reviews then covered a much broader variety of issues, ranging from an inability to target specific symptoms or a total lack of any menopause relief, to being too expensive and causing unpleasant side effects.

This included sleep problems, an increase in anxiety and aggression, constipation, bloating, mood swings, diarrhoea, nausea, and even making hot flashes and night sweats worse.

This confirms what our initial review led us to believe, which is that Estroven products containing rhapontic rhubarb extract may provide some mild relief from menopausal symptoms in the short term, but it won't last and puts you at risk of experiencing side effects.

Estroven Complete Reviews Conclusion

Estroven Complete Menopause Relief may be able to provide mild relief for certain symptoms, like hot flashes and night sweats, but the risks simply far outweigh the rewards of using this product.

The Ashwagandha version would be a little better if it was higher dosed, it would at least have benefits for mood swings and be more useful for the long term.

From paying over the odds for only mild menopause relief that can only be used in the short term to putting yourself at risk of experiencing unpleasant side effects, the benefits are just too small.

You are simply better off avoiding Estroven Complete Menopause Relief and using dietary supplements that are clinically shown to actually help menopausal women with their symptoms instead. Generally we tend to recommend EstroCare for most people as it's by far the most comprehensive supplement of this type on the market right now.
